*All classes, private sessions, gift certificates and trainings are
non-refundable and non-transferable.

Class Card Extensions and Freezes
Class cards can be extended or frozen due to illness or injury for up to
1 year. A small administrative fee of $15.00 is charged when your card is
extended or frozen.

When the class card is extended or frozen the remaining time that was
originally left on the card will be reinstated.

Please keep in mind that gentle yoga and mediation classes are very
therapeutic and many students continue to practice these as they
recuperate from an illness or injury.

Return Policy
All returns are for studio credit. All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, like new, with tags and original packaging. Books, Music, Videos, and Oils are not returnable.

The WYC is closed on the following holidays:
Thanksgiving
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day
New Year's Day (One special class: 108 Sun Salutations)
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
