PILATES MAT Classes:
(starting August 1 and ongoing!)

  • Mondays, at 9:30am
  • Tuesdays, at 4:30pm
  • Wednesdays, at 11am

Private Mat sessions also available!

Pilates Apparatus Session Rates:
All sessions are 55 minutes in length and scheduled by appointment. All sessions are non-refundable, non-transferable and must be used within the specified time. Sessions are payable by check or cash. Gift certificates are also available. Semi-private and Trio sessions are reserved for ongoing clients with Apparatus experience. Be sure to check out our Pilates Primer Package!

Private Sessions:

  • Single Session: $70
  • Package of 5 Sessions: $325
    (Expires in 60 days)
  • Package of 10 Sessions: $600
    (Expires in 90 days)
  • Private Mat Session: $60
  • Apprentice Session: $35

 

SPECIAL Pilates Primer Package:
$200 (4 sessions: 2 Reformer, 2 Private Mat)
Benefits all levels of practitioners. Perfect for new clients or to fully integrate the Pilates principles of breath, alignment and precision. Required prior to Semi-private or Trio sessions. Expires in 30 days.

 

Semi-Private Sessions: (2 people)

  • Single session: $80/session
    ($40 per client)
  • Package of 5 Sessions: $375
    (Expires in 60 days)
  • Package of 10 Sessions: $700
    (Expires in 90 days)

About Pilates

Based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates (1880-1967), the Pilates program of exercises emphasizes long, lean, strong, supple muscles with increased awareness and usage of core musculature. The Pilates Method utilizes the entire body, with precise and graceful movements that originate from the "powerhouse" or core muscles of the abdominals, back and hips.
