Start your days with yoga and meditation on the roof-top terrace overlooking the morning rituals of near-by temples with the beautiful Chiang Dao mountain range in the distance. Afternoons will be spent laughing, smiling & falling in love with the children of the Vieng Ping Boys & Girls Home. Fill the rest of your time with bicycle tours through the old city, browsing through the night markets or enjoying a Thai Massage at the hands of therapists whose trainings have been passed down for generations.
With ancient walls and towering statues of Buddhas, lantern-filled nights and tuk-tuk rides along cobbled streets, Chiang Mai is an enchanting city bursting with activities. Popularly known as the Rose of the North, Chang Mai is blessed with stunning natural beauty and unique indigenous cultural identity. While here, you will find yourself exploring old temples, colorful markets and sumptuous foods.
Group activities included an evening of traditional food & dance at the Chiang Mai Cultural Center, a hands-on Thai cooking class, a river boat tour along the peaceful waters of the Mae Ping Rive, and an afternoon with at the Elephant Conservatory to meet & interact with these revered gentle giants.
