Danielle LeBlanc

Throughout her childhood and into college, Danielle was a competitive dancer. She was drawn to the yoga practice because of the chronic knee pain she developed over the years, but quickly learned the practice’s healing potential far exceeds physical imbalances and spans emotional and spiritual wellbeing as well. Danielle studied Psychology and Sociology at Elon University, and completed the Kunga 200-hr Lifestyle and Teacher Training in 2015. In 2018, she completed the 300-hr Therapeutic Essentials advanced teacher training where she discovered her passion for Therapeutic Yoga.

In addition to teaching public classes, workshops, and leading trainings, Danielle enjoys working with individuals living with emotional imbalances including Depression, Anxiety, and PTSD. She is a member of the Yoga Village Programs Committee which has afforded her to the ability to offer yoga at Open Gate Women’s Shelter, Salvation Army, the Harrelson Center, and other non-profit organizations. She also has a passion for sound healing and plays Tibetan Singing Bowls which she likes to incorporate in her offerings.

Danielle is a Healing Arts Therapist at Wilmington Treatment Center and leads her classes with a Trauma-Informed heart, with the hope of facilitating deep healing for her students. Visit her website at WorldHealingHeart.com.
