Escape to the tranquil beauty of Brač Island, Croatia, for an unforgettable 7-day yoga retreat, set in a luxurious 5-star villa directly on the Adriatic Sea. Nestled in the peaceful village of Mirca, near Supetar, the villa offers stunning views of the sea, the mainland, and fragrant eco gardens, with direct access to a private pebble beach. The retreat combines daily yoga classes tailored to all levels, with nourishing meals crafted from fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from local farmers. You’ll enjoy the serene surroundings of the villa, complete with a heated infinity pool, jacuzzi, and spacious outdoor areas perfect for unwinding in the Mediterranean sun.
In addition to yoga, this retreat invites you to explore the natural and cultural beauty of Brac Island. Hike to the peak of Vidova Gora for panoramic views, visit the famous Golden Cape Beach, and indulge in a guided tour and tasting at the Olive Oil Museum. You’ll also experience island hopping to Hvar and Pakleni Islands, discovering crystal-clear waters and picturesque landscapes. Between the peaceful practices, mouthwatering meals, and moments of adventure, this retreat offers a perfect balance of relaxation and exploration in one of Croatia’s most beautiful settings.

The island of Brač is the highest and the third largest island in the Adriatic Sea, a true micro-continent brimming with valuable cultural and historic heritage, breathtakingly beautiful nature, and stunning beaches.Crowned with gorgeous coves and fragrant cypress forests, the island of Brač will put a spell on you with all the many places that feel steeped in that special Mediterranean lifestyle.
Our retreat base is located outside of the tourist rush in the peaceful village of Mirca — slow-paced and a perfect place for enjoying sublime scenery and scents of Mediterranean herbs and pine trees.
Two main meals and snacks each day included in price. (Either breakfast and lunch or breakfast and dinner, dependent on the days scheduled activities)
Food is prepared with fresh and seasonal ingredients purchased from local farmers.
All thoughtfully crafted by our in-house chef. Our menu is primarily vegetarian and vegan, with gluten-free options available. There are options for fish some days.
And, to keep you refreshed throughout the day, we offer coffee, tea, fruits, and snacks.
During excursions you’ll have an opportunity to enjoy surrounding towns, markets, and dine in local establishments of your choice. Anticipate 4 lunches and 1 dinner on your own (not inlcuded in cost)
We take pride in the versatility and quality of offerings we provide during yoga retreats. Guests can expect yoga daily. Morning classes are often higher energy – basic flows, power flows, etc. Evening classes allow students to wind down from their day- restorative, yin, gentle, slow flows. Classes are always optional. All levels are welcome to each class, with modifications offered to tailor each practice towards those present. Props will be provided and their use encouraged.

All guests receive one one-hour massage on property included in the price. These massages will be scheduled during free time at the villa.
Hiking to Vidova Gora, visiting Golden Cape, dinner in Bol: 1.5 Hour hike to the top of Vidova Gora. Rest at the top and enjoy the panoramic views, including the Golden Cape Beach below. Guests will meet the transport at the top to drive down to the famous Golden Cape beach, there you will enjoy a beach picnic packed by our private chef, free time for swimming, exploring local beach, restaurants and bars. There are showers and changing rooms at the beach. After the beach, guests will stroll 20 minutes to the village of Bol to explore and have dinner in the local tavern. (Guests are responsbile for paying for this meal on their own). Transport back home to the villa is included at the end of the evening.
Island hopping to Hvar and Pakleni Islands: The boat has covered part for shade and a part for sunbathing. Free time on the Island of Hvar to explore the beautiful town, coffee, gelato, and shopping. Then hop by boat to the nearby Pakleni islands – it’s a chain of 4 big and many small islands just opposite of Hvar. Stop in the bay for swimming, chilling, and refreshing in the beach bar. We will return home in time for dinner at the villa. *This is weather permitting.
Guests reside in the peaceful village of Mirca, near Supetar, the central town of Brac island. The Villa’s surroundings offer a breathtaking view of the sea and the mainland as well as of the fragrant eco gardens with direct access to a small pebble beach. The path leading to the beach passes between a small vineyard and a garden featuring organic fruits, vegetables, and various Mediterranean herbs.
The outdoor seaside area features a large veranda on stone pillars that shades a dining table, a wooden pool deck with sunbeds, jacuzzi and heated infinity swimming pool.
The villa can accommodate up to 13 guests and consists of a 4 bedroom main house and a 2 bedroom annex. The shared space offers a spacious living room with TV and fireplace, a dining area, and a long kitchen/bar island.

Guests are responsible for their own arrival to Brač Island. Supetar is the main entry point to Brac island, its capital and largest town, and where we will meet you upon arrival. See below for a breakdown of getting to the retreat center.
June 13, 2026: Transport from Supetar Ferry Terminal to Villa around 4pm
June 19, 2026: Transport to the ferry is included. First ferry to Split is at 10:45 am

Unfortunately, group contracts and packages have been pre-arranged and pre-paid with hosts at the time of registration and we do not have control of refunds or credit beyond the above exceptions.
Heather Metzler, ERYT500 + YACEP
Studio Owner Heather Metzler is a certified ERYT-500-hour yoga teacher. Heather created The Empowered Vinyasa 200 hour teacher training that is currently offered at WYC. She took her first yoga class in 1994 as a PE credit and found the Wilmington Yoga Center in 2003. Heather began teaching at WYC in 2005 and is a graduate of the 220 and 500 hour Kunga Yoga School. She has completed certifications in Prenatal Yoga, Yoga for Trauma, Thai Yoga Massage, Kunga Power Vinyasa and YogaTherapeutics.
Heather has traveled with Kunga Journeys for service work at the Home of Hope Orphanage in Kerala, India twice. Heather has led many retreats through WYC including Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, BHI and Prama Institute. She has developed and led local mini and weekend retreats in and around Wilmington.
Heather teaches on the public class schedule regularly, and leads/co-leads the Empowered Vinyasa 200 hour teacher training, as well as the 300 hour Wilmington Yoga Center training. She feels blessed to have her husband and two daughters that support her growth and passions. Heather is grateful for her students and the amazing teachers who enrich her life daily.
Jessica Bichler, ERYT500 + YACEP
Studio Owner, Jessica Bichler has a rich yogic history, steeped in a variety of trainings and lineages, bringing a wealth of knowledge to her classes, workshops and teacher trainings. Jess came to yoga in her teens, recognizing it as a path towards staying active and healthy throughout every stage of life and began teaching in 2001. Jess has had the opportunity to study myriad yoga styles, particularly the prominent lines of Iyengar, Ashtanga and Anusara – each complimenting her attention to alignment and core engagement gained as a gymnast – as well as therapeutic and kids yoga. Her formal education and certifications were earned at the Morningside School of Yoga in upstate New York, Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Massachusetts, and most recently 200 and 500 hour certifications from the Wilmington Yoga Center. Jess holds a MA in Visual and Cultural Anthropology. Her influential teachers include Michael Smith, Stacey Millner-Collins, Cheryl Crawford, Kristin Cooper and Noelle Cavenaugh. Jessica loves developing a wide variety of classes including everything from gentle and chair yoga, to kids yoga, to advanced practices focusing on arm balances and inversions. Her goal is to lovingly support students down the path of living a yogic lifestyle in all aspects
