Spinach has many health benefits. For example, most of the caloric content in spinach comes from protein. Spinach is also an excellent source of potassium, iron, calcium, magnesium, vitamin K and fiber.
So jump in! Get your spinach on and give this strength building concoction a try!
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup spinach
½ cup water
½ cup frozen pineapple
1 frozen banana
½ Fuji apple chopped
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend. Drink and be strong!
