Life seems to be getting busier and more complicated every day. How do we stay focused and on track when we are being bombarded with so many things to digest and assimilate on a daily basis?

Everything from family life to work seems to throw curve balls our way, including all the well-meaning advice about healthy lifestyle choices from the many “expert” authorities on every topic imaginable. It’s enough to drive you into total withdrawal and distrust any information posted on social media and beyond.

Don’t you crave a little simplicity? I know that I did, and still do.

Years ago, I was becoming overwhelmed with ideas and choices. My discovery of Ayurveda simplified my life almost immediately. As I learned about my personal constitutional type and how best to support myself, I started becoming stronger in both mind and body. The natural outcome of this discovery was being able to think more clearly, which allowed me to make better choices with everything from food to career directions and so much more. When life is chaotic and confusing, our choices follow suit – a bad combination at best. Ayurveda and yoga are the guidebooks given to us thousands of years ago to remedy life’s inherent challenges. These principles are universal and timeless. Learning them is easy, but it requires dedication and practice. The rewards speak for themselves.
